About The San Francisco Ex-NewYorkers Meetup Group

This group, much like New York City, is inclusive. If you have lived in the city, near the city, in the State of New York, or just really felt like you should have, please join us. We are nice people, some new to the Bay Area, others have been here a long time.

We will probably met in places like we remember in New York and also in those places typical of the Bay Area, as we are also getting to know our new city. It just depends on what the group talks about doing at the last event, really.

A few nice things about us:

1) if you do want to complain about food, transit or other things that were better you-know-where, WE ALL GET IT - WE USED TO LIVE THERE. Unlike your friends here, we won't find it "obnoxious", just true.

2) no one will make fun of the way you tawlk, what? what is your point?

3) we like to DO things - you know - get out, and are also equally appalled by the lack of late night food available.
