Introduction
Hi Everyone! I'm back in Istanbul after living in NYC for 12 years. Would love to meet people with similar backgrounds to share stories about NYC and re-discover Istanbul after such a long time...

I lived in NYC for about 12 years, which spanned my college years and experience in the financial services IT field as a software developer and project manager. With the exception of the two years I had spent in Cleveland to get my MBA degree, NYC had been pretty much a second home to me... I moved back to Istanbul in June and plan to stay around for a while. I sometimes can't help but feel like a tourist after noticing that I have not taken the ferry across the Bosphorus for nearly 10 years and still wonder what the new buildings forming the skyline are called... The good old memories are coming back, though...
